Wildfire alert periods, prefectoral orders, access restriction windows for wooded areas: summer sets the rules for exposed sites and construction sites. When access is restricted, human presence stops. The risk does not.

PYROGARD keeps watch without exposing anyone: 24/7 thermal surveillance of the site and its edges, thresholds adjusted to site conditions, an immediate alert at the first hot spot. Wildfire protection for the site stays active throughout the restriction window.

An operated service,
not just delivered hardware

PYROGARD is not hardware sold on its own. It is an early fire detection service, operated end to end by a security professional.

Every alert is checked immediately by video verification at the APSAD P5 certified remote monitoring station, the French benchmark certification for alarm receiving centres, operating 24/7, which, according to the response plan, alerts the site's managers, dispatches the on-site or on-call guard and, if necessary, calls the emergency services. The whole service (supply, deployment, threshold configuration, maintenance, monitoring, removal) is delivered by MAGENGARD under its sole contractual responsibility and its CNAPS operating licence, with a single point of contact for the client.

Does PYROGARD replace an SSI fire safety system or extinguishers?

No. PYROGARD is an early detection and video verification system. It complements the site's regulatory obligations and is no substitute for fire safety systems (SSI) or for the rescue and extinguishing resources required by the applicable regulations.

Does PYROGARD work at night and in bad weather?

Yes. Thermal cameras measure temperature, not light: hot-spot detection is identical day and night. On PYROGARD TOWER, a 0.002 lux low-light colour sensor and 200 m infrared illumination provide visual verification at night. The equipment is built for outdoor use.

How are false alarms avoided?

Through three successive filters: temperature thresholds programmed to match the site and its activity, AI analysis that qualifies the hot spot, then human video verification, 24/7, before the response chain is triggered.

What are the deployment lead times?
